Cancel Anytime

You can cancel your BaseGrid subscription at any time from your dashboard settings page. No questions asked, no retention flows, no hidden steps.

Access Until Period End

When you cancel, your subscription is not terminated immediately. You retain full access to your current plan until the end of your current billing period. After that date, your account is automatically downgraded to the free tier.

Refund Policy

BaseGrid does not offer refunds for partial billing periods. This is standard for API infrastructure services. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the charge.

Your Data After Cancellation

Your memories and agent data are not deleted when you cancel. After downgrade to the free tier:

• → Memories within the free tier limit remain fully accessible
• → Memories above the free limit are archived (not deleted) for 30 days
• → After 30 days, archived memories are permanently deleted
• → Resubscribing before 30 days restores all archived memories instantly

You can resubscribe at any time from the pricing page. If you resubscribe within 30 days of downgrade, all archived memories are restored immediately.
